Jason Bell

Jason is Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Director with Capital Planning Advisors, a registered investment advisor located in Roseville.

Jason is co-founder and editor of the Sacramento Business Review and, over the past decade, has helped lead a volunteer team of researchers, analysts and authors to create and disseminate a comprehensive economic analysis of the Sacramento region.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Davis, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
